  • What does my Subscription give?

    Your subscription entitles you to:
    • The entire sales-specific hiring system for a6 month term
    • Assess to 9 chapter, 14 lessons, mutiple video, downloads, templates and scorecard to keep
    • Knowledge and foresight to identify, attract, interview, hire and retain strong salespeople.

  • Why is there a 6-month commitment?

    In order to give you the most flexibility, we have an term quota (as shown above). The cost of that quota is spread out over 6 monthly payments. Since we give you access to your entire annual quota up front, we require a commitment to pay for the full year.

  • Can I cancel early?

    You can cancel your SHARK subscription at any time, either immediately or effective at the end of your current 6-month term. If you choose to cancel immediately, a cancellation fee equal to one month of your current subscription will apply, and no further monthly payments will be due. If you prefer, you can instead continue your subscription through the end of the term with no cancellation fee.

  • What happens at the end of the term?

    If you don’t take any other action, your subscription will renew for another 6-month term, and your annual quota will be reset. You can cancel automatic renewal through your subscription portal.

  • Are you going to send me junk mail or sell my information?

    No way! We value your privacy, and will not use your information for any purposes other than delivering your services.

  • Why are you asking for this information?

    We need your email address to get you into the SHARK system. We need your billing address to process your payment information. We need a phone number in case we need to contact you about your payment.

  • Can I upgrade from Founders to Rapid Growth plan?

    No problem! You’ll be able to do that through our online Subscription Portal. Or you can also email our support team at [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
